Allan has over 30 years of experience working with a variety of businesses, from their inception to the implementation of their exit strategies. Capitalising on his ability to recognise and develop a solid business opportunity, he headhunted specialists in the Research and Development Tax arena and now owns and takes a personal interest in the day-to-day running of the business.
He is also the MD of a successful M and E Consultancy where he oversees the company’s growth and development.
Michelle is an experienced technical analyst with a track record of success which has seen her progress successful R&D tax relief claims across industry sectors. Passionate about maximising rewards for innovative businesses, Michelle has applied her technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of legislative guidance, to the efficient submission of the most accurate claims, and has a specialism in the timely resolution of HMRC enquiries.
She believes that it is now more important than ever to work with a trusted advisor, on what is becoming an increasingly complex process. Her professionalism is rooted in core values which are backed up by her associate CIPD qualifications and background in insolvency administration prior to her specialising in R&D.
